Oh that makes sense. Then in that case, the 17x8.5-10 would have .64” more poke than the 16x8 0

Speaking of -38s… my spare arrived today, now to find a tire. E840D333-D8DE-43E2-ACE8-9AF4395A4309.jpg

Also Tiffanys snorkel came today… I’m liking the Jeep more and more hah.

JT, check for a used tire. Tons on places online. It'll do for a spare.

That’s what I’m thinking, might even try to get a used 34/35 to test fit.

Tiffany says “thank you:D” haha. I agree though… I still gotta get one for our river crossings and that first dusty stretch into big levels

Truck's still in the shop, so looks like I'm going to miss this trip to Flagpole. :(

If you end up not going, I'm free the next two weekends if you want to try again.

Some dummy hit me. Needed an alignment, a couple new tires and possibly a new wheel. Just taking a little longer than I hoped. (I'm the black truck in the diagram from the crash report below.)

Sorry man, that’s crappy. Those Primms are probably hard to source these days.

Thanks. Coming up on a month. Between Geico and the shop having people out for Covid it's been a very slow process.

That’s crazy for a wheel and a couple tires. Is the rim completely broken? I hope they have you in a rental Baja truck

Rim isn't broken, just deeply gouged. Not in a rental, it's a mess. Even though the police report says I'm not at fault, AND she got a ticket, her insurance is trying to say it's partially my fault. Therefore all repairs are on my insurance. No deductible since my people see I wasn't at fault, but still very frustrating. Didn't feel like going through the trouble of getting a rental, so I'm just driving my Outback.
If anyone out there is an insurance guru and knows the tricks to getting the most back, I'm all ears.

If your insurance company isn’t charging you a deductible, my guess is your insurer is going to subrogate against the other insurance company. This means they will process the claim through your policy and once they have a grand total, send the other issuance company the bill and an offer to settle or go to court. If your truck is drivable, I would just ask to pick it up and get a call when your parts come in.

That's a good idea. I'll check in with them to see if they have mounted the new tires and try to grab it today. That would be awesome. Thanks for the info.

That's a horrible idea. What time?

Sliders are on…. Still gotta figure out if I wanna run the black steel transmission skid with the other 2 aluminum skids. I also learned my truck still fits in the garage hah. BA04FC0A-7051-4DE6-A8C7-30A99CF4C6AC.jpgF7074A5E-1EF0-46D2-A392-0F09F748E29B.jpg
