Agreed. 99% of Peters Mill Run is just a relaxing drive and bumps. You don't even need to be in 4 wheel drive for most of it. The few side trails are where you can have some fun.

 

Side trails? Everything I saw looked like ATV type trails

 

A couple of us are going to Flagpole in Harrisonburg on March 24-26. Its a bit more than Peters Mill

 

That sounds fun. I don't have sliders or anything so I don't want anything too complex. I also only have a leveling kit

Well there is one good side trail suitable for trucks by that pond in the middle. There is another side trail near the end of Tasker's Gap, but it's a bit tight ... I'll show you the sides of my truck if you don't believe me.

 

Hmm, how crazy is Flagpole? I'd love to go but am running stock suspension and and stock tires. I do have some armor though, but my Taco is my daily driver and I don't want to abuse her too much.

 

Its not bad, last big meet we had a few stock trucks with us. Only one spot that is a little rough but every 4runner and taco made it fine.
