    wow.... he must go on some serious long term expeditions....

    one of my old bosses back in CO... he used to take his Jeep and his overland trailer up into the mountains and he wouldnt come back to civilization for 2-3 weeks at a time... it sounded like heaven. haha

    well when youre an Air Force Lt. Colonel and your wife is a lawyer, it's easy to speed those goals up a bit ;)

    Don't do spacer lifts and it isn't the same. There are a lot of threads on it. If the AAL comes with a new bolt I would use that but if it doesn't ask @HeadStrong Off-Road or @YotaDan from wheelers and they can square you away.

    Yea I have had spacers and I have had full spring / strut set ups... it would basically be temporary so I could fit my tires.... because there is no point to me in tires sitting in a garage for a year while I save up $830 - $1000 to buy a proper lift set up when a $50 spacer could get them on immediately.

    most if not all aal come with the through bolt. spacer lifts get you the height for bigger tires. i think that is all he wants now until he gets the true suspension lift.

    I will also probably hit you up if I upgrade coils and add dakars and get stuck.
