I was just checking out the civic type r that was just revealed recently. Looks a little too ricer-ish for a mid to late 30s future single dad like myself but looks pretty nice. Still think im leaning toward the sti.

You're more in Kirkpatrick Farms/Stone Ridge area, just outside of South Riding. All those down there are technically an Aldie mailing address but more in the South Riding area.

Its not a shitty area. At least I don't believe it is.

 

Lol no, it's a good area. Just letting you know a more accurate way to refer to your house location. The rest of your subdivision is new within the last two years or so.

Ok nice. I didn't know if you were being skeptical of the area... I just hate how single-family homes within driving distance of DC are crazy expensive

 

Things out of driving distance to D.C. is crazy expensive compared to what I'm used to.

 

This is not a cheap place too live within 40 miles of DC.....

 

Im used to it. But ive never lived in a single family house. When i move to Colorado, I will.

Arizona is cheap too, and their houses have pools

I still have 11 years. In a special program for my house, and i cant sell until then at least

 

First time using my foam cannon and pressure washer with Chemical Guys soap...

This was a simple, no touch wash to get the salt / grime from the snowstorm off... I just sprayed it down with water, sprayed it with soap, dried it off.... nothing else.

This is the before and after for my truck... I'm pretty happy with it!!!

Finally got my ifs skid in and cleaned up primed and painted. Now to install hopefully today.

Yeah man 42 lbs solid might do aluminum next time around.

 

I have this. Its solid. If you plan on going to Rausch anytime, id suggest against aluminum.
