    The units called 2 over 2's are a joke the ones built in the second phase of my subdivision are having a ton of issues with ceilings/drywall/windows and doors all from weight loads that I don't think were calculated right....

    Edit: Oh and the dumbass's that toss out gigs and cause fire on the balcony and don't have home owners insurance.....
