Lol $300 Craigslist topper. lol I still need it to be not ruined though, because I do use it. I may take it up to Truck'n America in Purcellville and get a quote and inspected to make sure it is suitable for what I want to do.

All the research I've done says it's easy. It's just measuring twice and drilling once. You can order the tracks on Amazon as well and just silicon the holes

I went with a similar set up -
2nd gen 5100s set at 0 with 887s , SPC UCAs ,toytec AAl drivers and drivers side 1/4 spacer with about 250 lbs of skids & sliders. I commute about 60 round trip and go off roading whenever I get the chance.
So far, this set up has fulfilled all my needs. When I outgrow it or it fails me then I'll upgrade, but for now I'm pretty content with it.

Yep and his truck looks good too! How have you liked the 887's and SPC's with the additional weight? did you notice any loss in height?

Yeah what John said from what I have read as well and make sure you drill outside the honeycomb area towards the sides of the shell for better stability. I will be doing it here shortly with mine just figuring out which tracks and what rack. @Ryan.orr87 how did the rims turn out?

887s are great . I think my truck settled about 1/4". In hindsight I wish that I had gotten the 888s cuz now I want to get a winch & hidden mount or a slimline bumper.
The SPCs definitely made a difference with how the truck felt on the road with a good alignment. It was one the things that I was happy that I spent the money on.

That is a perfect stance IMO. I hope mine with the 888s sits about the same height

Maybe we can make a day out of tracks. As for the wheels, I ended up not having time to do them on Saturday like I wanted unfortunately. Now I have to wait until the next free day that isn't raining... :rain:

Easy it's just do you have the balls to drill your top?

When I drilled mine I used a piece of 1X2 @ the drip line on the cap with rail set next too it. Drilled the holes filled with silicone then a silicone bead the length of the rail stick it to the top bolt it in place.

Anyone interested in a Husky 3-piece toolbox? I'll have pictures up in a minute but wanted to throw it out there.

27" wide, 66" tall (top closed), top two sections are 12" deep, bottom section is 18" deep.

Looking for $250. No damage, just a little used. I have the keys to the top and bottom sections (working), unfortunately previous owner lost the keys to the middle 3 drawer section.
