    Yay!

    Ronin, I think "mid-travel" is any suspension over stock that is not LT. I hate the term, it should really be stock, lifted, LT, or SAS (aka AWESOME).

    Gents / Ladies -

    I have some once-fired military 5.56 brass that I have reconditioned as follows:

    5.56mm

    1. Inspect all brass and discard as appropriate;
    2. De-primed;
    3. Wet Polished in a Big Dawg Tumbler for 4 hours with stainless steel media, Lemme Shine, and Dawn;
    4. Swagged using a Dillon Super Swage 600;
    5. Re-sized on a Redding Competition Full Length Sizing Die;
    6. Trimmed to SAAMI Spec'd Length - 1.760;
    7. Chamfer / Deburred; and
    8. Visually Inspected.
    300 BLK

    1. Inspect all brass and discard as appropriate;
    2. Deprimed;
    3. Trim Case Length;
    4. Wet Polished in a Big Dawg Tumbler for 4 hours with stainless steel media, Lemme Shine, and Dawn;
    5. Swagged using a Dillon Super Swage 600;
    6. Re-sized on a Redding Competition Full Length Sizing Die;
    7. Trimmed to SAAMI Spec'd Length - 1.368;
    8. Chamfer / Deburred; and
    9. Visually Inspected.
    I use Mitutoyo Absolute 500-197-20 digital calipers for all measurements.

    Below are some pictures of the brass that I am currently processing, these are pre-tumble and thus do not have their original shine back yet.

    Big Dawg Wet Tumbler:

    [IMG]

    Sorting / Drying Table:

    [IMG]

    Brass Ready for Processing:

    [IMG]

    My prices are pretty reasonable:

    1,000 pieces of 5.56 - $200.00
    1,000 pieces of 300 BLK - $250.00

    500 pieces of 5.56 - $120.00
    500 pieces of 300 BLK - $150.00

    100 pieces of 5.56 - $25.00
    100 pieces of 300 BLK - $31.25

    If you have any questions, please let me know and PM me if you are interested. I have a couple thousand pieces in stock right now and am awaiting a shipment in excess of 100,000 pieces. I also do have some pistol brass (9mm, .40 cal, and .45 cal) and am more than willing to process that for someone. I usually keep all the pistol brass for myself for my USPSA matches and for classes.

    Just a reminder this is not loaded ammunition, just brass that is ready for you to drop in a primer, powder, and bullet.

    Thanks.

    - Mark

    I'll probably be able to make it out, I just put some switches in the dash the other night for my lights. Also, has anyone ever gotten a second battery and battery tray and just had all of their lights on a separate battery? Was thinking about setting that up for myself at some point.

    Yeah, we won't be going back there again ever. Waitress claimed that we were being "rude and harassing" and the manager kicked us out. No tip, no return.

    They better not try to charge the tip to my bill. I can't believe they treated us like that. Once the crowd showed up, the service got horrible and then we get get called rude?!

    Sorry, I was called to complete a contract. Good news is I made a little more unexpected money. Saving it !

    I'm glad I wasn't there for the havoc. Tonight I was not in good spirits and would probably have ended up in jail in the wrong situation. Guess it was a win for me.
