I would. You didnt sign for a tip, they cant charge you for one. As long as you have the receipt I think you're good.

Just looked at mine. They did the same thing. I'm calling my bank now and BWU later to speak with the owner about the whole incident.

 

How'd it go with dealing with that manager? Did you let him know that as a continuing get together of Tacoma enthusiasts, we've now as a group decided that if what could have been a regular semi large gathering once every few weeks is now going to be gracing a different store's threshold because of the actions of the waitress and the staff this past Tuesday?

 

I spoke with the owner/GM. Not the little shit manager that kicked us out.

I explained who we were and how often we meet and how that experience turned us away as a group but that I went there a few times a week with groups of people and none of us would be returning. Also the fact that I have NEVER been kicked out of a bar for being "rude and harassing". He agreed that we should not have been automatically billed gratuity and that he would have a "discussion" with those involved Tuesday night. I doubt any of that will do anything but I feel better making sure someone responsible is aware of that incident.

 

Seen this truck twice now at 50 and Poland Rd...Silver DCLB with what looks like a 6'' lift and 35's with black wheels. Anyone?

we all left today, got to the top and was too rainy and windy. was a good time though for sure

 

That sucks you didn't get to stay. I guess the rain made for a little more challenging terrain. IIRC the trail wasn't too hard when I went a couple years ago but it had fresh snow which made for a bit more fun.
