I've got a 3 foot mounted slightly above the rail and it's plenty capable. I've got a Rausch trip and a few road trips on it and no issues. Once you get up to 4 or 5 feet I think you're asking to go back to the future.

Been out with the kids today. We went to hang out at dave and busters, i just dropped them off with the wife. I have appointments at the house till 6 or 6:30, so i have to stay gone. Aaaaand open house tomorrow. Why cant all these people just wait for the open house instead of private showings?

 

Mine went up on the market last Friday. Had open house the next day on Saturday and had an offer Monday. It is annoying cuz all week I've had to leave the house clean every time I leave since people can still see the house for backup offers

 

I feel your pain, man. Selling sucks worse than buying I think. We had the house go up yesterday morning and had an offer yesterday evening. Havent talked to my realtor yet about it though.

 

It is stressful especially when forced to move by a certain date. I hope all goes well with your sale

 

Thanks, you too. We have renters in a mobile home we own, and i am planning on moving back there till i can save up to buy a new place. They are trying to get out before i close on the sale of our current house, but i may be sleeping in the bed of the truck for a month or two haha. The wife has already moved to her sisters place so shes in the clear. She just wants to get a couch and stuff but we left it for the showings.
