    and i think ill be leaving on Monday. I don't think ill be going through Salt lake as that adds 100 miles to the trip for me. Ill just be coming strait down to CO and over to Moab.

    that's a gigantic waste of money... re paint a 15 year old truck.. seriously..
    get a clay bar and a random orbit buffer. you do know that repainting a car lowers it's value unless it's a classic muscle car.

    after my rear lift when i got my truck covered in mud before i went to wash it my great friend (guess which one) drew a naughty image on the hood, which i wiped off, but didnt notice the one ALL DOWN THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRUCK :mad: thank god i ws taking it to get washed anyway.

    I agree. Not worth it at all man. Your paint is in great shape anyways. Until it starts doing the Gm thing a falling off in patches..leave it alone.

    Yea and wet sanding will do wonders as well if done correctly. I have seen it turn 30 year old paint almost new.

    just take it to a local high school body shop...im sure you can get a good deal on a full paint job there:rofl:
