    i have a feeling my hair will end up like it does after i take off my dirt bike helmet after a 2 hour ride. its the biggest rats nest or itchy, dry wiry out of control uncomfortable filth i can imagine. I sweat like no other, so that does nothing to aid in staying clean lol.

    use baby powder on your balls and in your hair. It'll absorb all the oil then just shake loose... well, really you need to kinda rinse it out but it's easier than trying to wash your hair with shampoo.

    Or get some dry shampoo.

    Baby wipes for your crotch and pits and whatever else.

    Then give yourself the ol' axe shower.
