Yeah that's what they have actually, a 2 car garage but really deep so they can probably have 6 projects at one time going

Also stopped by Adventure Ready this morning (expo shop in Seattle). My good friend Haans works there and is going to get my set up with his old dual battery system along with some extra custom electrical goodies and my sPod.

Also I need opinions. Rip out the rear seat and have full length drawers/sleeping platform? Or leave rear seat and have the drawers in the back, fold down the seat for sleeping? I rarely have more than one other person riding with me but I can't decide if those few times more than one would ride with me is worth keeping the seat or not

A crawler doesn't need drawers or sleeping area :p

If I never did any over night trips then I'd agree, but after having the RTT I decided im not going to sleep on the ground anymore and sleeping inside is way less setup than a ground tent lol and more comfortable.

Not gonna tow it when off-roading? I thought you got a trailer? Get bed bars made for the tow pig and install rtt on top of it.

Yes I do but Im not always going to be able to run the trail and get back to the tow rig in one day. Rubicon is 22 miles, 10 miles straight of hard obstacles. Dusy ershim is 35 miles, 30 miles straight of hard obstacles. Fordyce is 11 miles of extra insanely, fucking ridiculous hardcore obstacles. A lot different out west.
Plus camping is a blast on the trail, even if I could finish it in a day i'd rather not.

You can't put Fordyce and Rubicon\Dusy in the same category :p if you label Fordyce as hardcore, Rubicon and Dusy are trail riding.

I would take out the seats and build a sleeping platform with drawers that fit all of my gear, so I could sleep in the back without moving anything.

Just something about the old 80 series :D

Yeah im not too concerned about room unless the girlfriend comes.. But if I take out the rear seat then its one big sleeping platform/storage platform with full length drawers... like 6-7ft drawers lol

Yank the seats, seats are over rated.

Ill give it a month or so and decide, see if I ever find a need for them there or not.

If you do decide to yank seats, I'd only leave the single seat in the middle. Fridge/freezer on one side, sleeping platform on the other.
