What about something so simple as a bushing/mount for Xfer case or transmission?

I don't think so since I feel it in the floor board up front in my feet and not around the center console area. Plus we just had my transfer case out for the new gears

Well turns out its the front driveshaft so im in RWD for the next week or so, just so happy to have found what it is. Now to research if I need a double cardan or just have this one rebalanced etc..

Snow has been horrible and I don't have sliders so haven't gone wheeling.
Stereo is getting completely redone this weekend, sliders go on next Monday and it'll finally be ready to wheel

I've been driving it.. in rwd haha went back to the fab shop for some stuff and should be picking it up this weekend if I don't go to bend. Then stereo gets redone, then sliders, and then I should have it back in my possession by next week!

First day in the rocks was a complete success. Went out with my good friend Andrew in his linked 80, his cousin in an 80, and our friend Dustin in a 3rd gen 4runner.

    Friday night:
Travis and I tackled the alarm/remote start and stereo.
During the stereo install my dome light went out so we figured my battery died since we had been testing the remote start. Turned out it started right up, but my radio, dome light, clock and dash lights didn't work. Blew a fuse. Put another in and immediately blew again (tried 2 more times). Unplugged radio and some other stuff, put a new fuse in and it didn't pop but we noticed an electrical burning smell. Great. Never saw smoke but the smell got strong.
We ripped out all wiring that we had just put in
    IMG_8736.jpg
and something was still burning. After 2 hours of testing wires, checking EVERYTHING and getting mad/trying to figure out what the hell it was I called my buddy Nick and said check the stock amp. Sure enough, even with a bypass you can't run a stock amp with an aftermarket amp, and that almost caught fire.
    IMG_8737.jpg
So we reinstalled the stereo which is now:
    Pioneer double din headunit
Rockford Fosgate everything: amp, front door speakers, tweeters in the rear doors, 6x9 speakers in the very back with two 10" subs. This heffer is LOUD.
Oh also finally got my CB in too.

So we finished at 1:15am, I got home at 2am, woke up at 5am to go snow wheeling :D

    Badge of honor!

I kissed a tree on my dcsb C pillar on my first trip out around Manastash Ridge (307/308?).
Tossed some paint on it, called it a day...
