I know they did have some trouble getting it around corners but they did it. And in the video they never show the first gen taco going around any, probably because it was a breeze for them

Are your sliders the weld on ready kit from 4X or the kit that allows you to weld them up yourself?

I believe weld on ready. The main slider was welded together we just had to weld on the legs and frame plates

Gotcha. The two options they have would require only welding to the frame and then the other option would be to weld on the legs, frame plates, and then to the frame. I will be getting the ones you have as well. Do you run their gussets included with the kit? Any bending or flexing noticed?

I don't think they had that option when I bought, actually jealous about that haha. We used about half of the gussets but there isn't much flexing at all, had to use the high lift on them once and didn't notice much.

Now your tires stick out further than the kickout correct? With the smaller tire did the kickout ever cover all tire at the angle you welded them?

I don't think they stick that far out but ill go look since I'm curious now. But the kick out is very helpful to have, plus its easier to stand on if you need to access something on the roof, open your rtt, or what ever.
