What would you like to know? I'm staring at a canopy and 9 flatbeds right now...

@ChandlerDOOM Is this a box you built?

I’m interested in pics of DIY boxes, and material costs for the builds.

The Norweld tray looks nice. Are you familiar with it? I have a 6’ bed. What would the effective box space be? No canopy, just the tray?

    Guys,

Check out these pics of the MLO quicksand Tacoma from this past year. We installed a Norweld Deluxe tray and canopy for Overland expo west and have been using the setup hard the past few months. The utility the tray and canopy offers you is unreal. I have fun camping with the family on the weekend and use the flatbed during the week for work.

I can’t help but keep sharing photos of this setup. The Norwelds are seriously the toughest flatbed and canopy system money can buy...

These look great on LC as they match the body lines and fit the vehicle well. I actually prefer the look of the LCs with a tray.

However, this just looks like a bad retrofit, I feel like it's entirely too big for the Tacoma and does a poor job to match body lines. It's like it's 6" too tall and a foot too wide.

Hey man, I respect your opinion. Don’t really get that response from most people or customers who see it.

Norweld does offer a compact/narrow tray and canopy options for those looking for something not as big.

    EEvaldes,
Im curious, for someone running a shock relocation kit like Archive or BAMF how much room is left in the wheel well for clearance? It appears there is quite a bit but Im wondering if you have any detailed pics under there.
