    Depends. How tall are you?

Also, even if you're a midget and your friends are midgets, you won't have more than one passenger in the backseat with a car seat in the back as well.

Welcome to TW! You can carry one extra passenger in the back with the car seat comfortably or three others if put the car seat in the front.

I am 6 foot. I had no space issues in my 07 and now my 17. My son is 8 now and grew up riding in a car seat front and back. The 07 was great because I could fold the passenger seat down and he could then see out the windshield instead of looking through the head rest. You need a more reliable vehicle and I think you found it.

Forward facing shouldn't be a problem. I've had my son and two adults in the back on a 6 hour trip. Just depends on the seat you use.

Ooh hey a question a noob can answer!

I have two kids in boosters occupying left and right rear seats. They fit just fine, plenty of room (but they've already kicked the hell out of the center console). My wife and I (non-NBA-sized adults) fit comfortably in the front.

We have room for one reasonably sized adult in the middle back seat, if need be.

    You should have zero concerns.

I'd make sure it fits long term.

I have an infant carrier and a convertible seat my 2 year old, both purchased for their small footprints, and between them there is a measured 12" of space in the middle of the seat.

So if you plan on young kidS, buy something bigger if you want a passenger to be comfortable in the rear.

I'm slightly taller than 5'9, so leg room I can't comment on, but seat width I can.
