Man, if I was 17 again and know what I know now I would have stayed home and studied. Maybe I would have gotten a 4 year degree and made something of my life.

So far my Friday night kinda blows too. Girlfriend randomly started bein a total bitch and don't know what to do. Maybe go do some welding out in the garage to get away, then drink a few beers with my roommates? Idk. The gf thing is kinda annoying me.... She's just kinda saying some shitty stuff... Kinda low blows if ya know what I mean.

My Friday nights are pretty dull, too. I was a fairly hardcore drinker for years. I was drinking almost every night and Friday/Saturday nights were really crazy usually. Then last year on the day after I turned 28, it was like a switch got flipped. I didn't feel like drinking. I had absolutely no urge to party or drink. This weekend will mark 9 months of sobriety for me. Not a single drink since then. My weekends are a lot more laid back now. Tonight, my puppy is recovering from being spayed today. She's still a little nauseous and is laying around watching me sand my grille. lol Just another relaxing, sober night for me.

I got home from work at 6, spent some time feeding and playing with my daughter, and then went to bed at 8, woke up at 10, went to the gym, and now I'm wide awake. FML.

Like everything else pertaining to Canada, you have to go through us and you already lost once. Time for another beatdown.

But keep the maple syrup flowing. That's important.

They'll take a beating like last time, that's what they'll take.

And no, I don't like the fact that Mike Richards is playing for them. A Flyer should not be playing for team Canada, dammit!

I am glad they won, though. A USA vs. Canada final is a great thing.

There's hundreds of people on tw on Friday nights, don't feel bad. I used to hate working Fridays nights and wish I had them off and now that I'm off at 630 on Fridays, I don't do Jack shit. Lol. Came home today, made dinner for the wifey and me, and played a nerdy game of scrabble with her. And now I'm here.
