White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
The bed is easy to fix. Just like a boat. Probably less than 1 hour for someone with the skills and tools. If they really know composites, they will tint the matrix and it will be a close match.

Should be no more than $100 repair.

Well, just checked in with my body guy and this is the stuff he used to make the repair... Quickset 50 by SEM

    http://semproducts.com/product-catalog/repair-materials/dual-mix/adhesives/quick-set-50/

The stuff has a work time of 50 seconds and has a black color. Perfect for plugging/patching work on small holes. I asked him about Tiger Hair and he said that for the composite material the beds are made of, the fiberglass based Tiger Hair will adhere great at first, but then after it tends to lift and separate.

I'll post some pics up in a bit.

And after... looks damn good if you ask me... Quickset 50 was the way to go.

I was wondering if you just purchased the quick set 50, or if you purchased the contour tape as well? This is the best solution for a repair I have seen, and I would like to adapt it to fix the sizable crack I have in the side of my truck bed behind the cab.

I figure I will drill the holes at the ends of the crack, fill crack with quick set 50, and sand down until looks acceptable.

I would just hit it with Quickset 50 after drilling holes to stop the crack. I did not have any contour tape on mine. After it has set, I would think you could sand it and then spray it with textured bumper paint or spray on bedliner... both have that rough finish to blend it with the bed. Post some pics of your repair if you can... interested to see how it comes out.
