These codes will almost always point you in the right direction. You don't need to be a mechanic to visually look at something and tell if it's screwed. The codes are a EVAP leak codes, pump, canister related, and the very first thing I would do is ask myself, WTF is that? (Google) Second is get under the truck and see if there is a dead cat, smashed into the charcoal canister, or if you hit a stick and it knocked some wire harness loose, or a vent tube from the gas tank, or whatever. Most folks should know what is normal, and what is not normal. Educate yourself before you do anything, before you call anyone. You can't fix shit unless you know how it works. You can't diag a problem without knowing what the problem is. 50% of the members here think when they see a CEL it's the phucking cam or crank position sensor. The codes will tell you (in basic language) what the problem is. This is 2020. Don't listen to "my brother's, friend's aunt who works with a guy at the post office had the same thing happen". It's a $30,000 investment. If you find you left the gas cap at the gas station, it could save you a stack. I promise you, Bob and Jimmy's Garage won't tell you it's a $14.99 gas cap. It will be a $798.99 EVAP canister with a cat stuck to the side of it. Lol
