Well I am finally back from vacation and now able to post considering I may have gotten the ball rolling on this whole thing.

I posted interest in a thread started by The1youluv2hate when he was trying to sell his rear 5100s. I got a pm from eric (97yota4wd) telling me about his experience trying to buy something from him and that I should be careful. This was strictly one member looking out for another member so that I wouldn't have to possibly go through being dicked around with.

So in order to give others a heads up, I recommended to Eric that he should post his experience in the FS thread regarding the 5100s to give other potential buyers a heads up. I guess through some miscommunication he took it as posting a beware thread in the general B/S/T section.

Either way, all Eric was doing was trying to warn others and I am glad he did.
Sure Eric got his money back but that was after some shady communication from the seller regarding shipping out the item numerous times then randomly refunding money. And lets face it, when we order something and pay for it, we like it being shipped out in a reasonable time and not being dicked around with when it comes to shipping it out.

    Sorry about the bold.

dude you obviously have no idea why this thread is here. i dont want your money! it was just a review of how my "purchase" went, and the guy that said he had a good sale through you i quoted his post and put in the op.

It wasn't him that revived the thread; it was me explaining how it all got started.

There wasn't any bashing directed towards you since I posted so why continue to stir the pot by posting again.
