Whats up guys, 3rd gen 2017 SR5. Looking at bilstein 5100 but right now i have pretty new 265's on the truck and dont want it to look wonky with too much lift.

Any suggestions? Lift with suspension kit? Or go with a lift/level...

Stay under 2” front. Get a suspension lift. For general around town driving, a 1” - 1.5” block will work in back. Consider a 2-3 degree shim and extended brake line in the black.

My Opinion, if sticking on 265/70/16

5100's on factory coils set on 2nd clip 0.65" or 3rd clip 1.1"
Level out your truck and if not happy then you can replace factory coils with OME or Eibach coils. Then on the rear decide on lift blocks, AAL or full leaf pack.

For $375 front and rear 5100's it is a lot better option I feel over a spacer setup.
or Just $219 for front 5100's. Plenty of choices, you got to know what you want and are willing to $$$

    Good luck

Plenty of information here on TW to spin your mind out of control.

So you only need the shocks?

The front 5100’s have clip settings to adjust ride height, you can use your OEM coils between these settings. If you use aftermarket coils you would use the lowest setting (typically).
So yes you would only need the front shocks to level the front. The rear’s just add a little better valving vs stock and will allow you to add up to 1-1/2” in the rear if you decide on blocks, aal or whole new pack.
