Does anyone know when Toyota started offering the wireless phone charging? I was thinking it was available in 2014 when my wife bought her Venza new, but she's got the XLE package and doesn't have that option available and I was wondering how hard it would be to add it. Anything you good folks could add would be great, thanks.

I don't recall it being in Venza in '14 but I saw a lot of them. I work at the plant where they were built. You should be able to adapt a qi pad out of a Camry though. The Camry was built into the lower front console box with a switch beside the pad. The Venza has power points in the center console as I remember so that would be a good source for power. If you get a Camry console there may be wiring for the auxiliary you could just ignore that. There is probably a wiring schematic for the connector on Google or TIS will have it as well.
