2015, 112000 miles. Changed to oil today and noticed some white sludge around the cap. It’s running fine. Oil I drained looks dirty and red but not milky. Coolent level looks a bit low, but clear. Should I be worried?

Probably no reason to be worried. This can be due to short trips where the engine doesn’t get all the way to temp. Most of my trips are in a city and my cap had the same thing when I first went to change the oil.

As long as you’re taking it out on the highway to get it up to temp for a good while 1x a week or so, you should be fine.

That's common during winter time, it's just condensation. If you do a search for "condensation under oil fill cap winter" you'll see tons of instances of it.

Does your value train look like this? If it’s gummed up you have sludge. IMG_1777.jpg
