When I put my winter tires on this year I happened to notice that my rear passenger tire sticks out about 3/4" or so more then my rear driver.
    Its very odd:confused::confused:
I rotated rims wondering if i happened to get one odd ball with a different back spacing, but there all the same.
Took some pics as best i could to show the difference, once you know its there its pretty noticable from behind in person.
Any ideas of what it may be???????????????

Knew that was coming:p.. if you look at the top of the tire you can see it.. as i said its only 3/4 of an inch or so, hard to take a pic of that little of a measurement. It is definitely more noticable in person.. will try to get better pics in the day light

Its a 06, you probably have had a little lateral movement in the rear end

unless its really loose, you probably have nothing to worry about, its normal

Unless you want to do a rear suspension upgrade

Look at the rear axle where the leaf springs are held on... do you see any indications of movement there?

Your bed could have shifted....You could try loosening the bed bolts and try moving the bed back into position and re-tighten them down.

The right rear drives. Pulling everything that way. New bushings in the leaf springs may help.

Are you the original owner? If not, maybe the previous owner had wheel spacers and forgot to take the right side spacer off? Just a thought :notsure:

I'm not overly worried about it, its more of an annoyance. Once you know its there its all you see every time you look at your truck
It may have happened a year ago when i installed my dakar leafs, im not sure. Im surprised it took me this long to notice it.
After christmas when I have time I will loosen the rear end and see if i can shift it at all.
I cant really tell by looking at the axle if it has moved or not with all the snow and crap built up under there right now.

As some said the bed may have moved as well, I'll look into that one to.
I'm looking thru old pics to see if i can notice it in any of them as well

Thanks for all the suggestions will let you know if I find anything at all

    Too few to list.
I've seen a new truck with a mis-aligned bed on a dealer lot. That could just be it. Check your bed.

never seen this on a 6 lug, but this is a common problem for 5 lugs. even for past generation trucks, and especially if your dropped.

    don't know why though, lol
