Nice ride, Great color. I went with OME 883 and bilstiens 5100s up front, Saving up for Dakars w/AAL and either Bilsteins or Nitro chargers aft. Enjoy the build.

Ordered the wrong LEDs so while I waited for the correct ones I peeled the green film off the stock bulbs.

Had some frame rub with the new Duratracs so I decided to get some 1.5" spacers from Spidertrax.

Thanks! It's gettin there. I'm ordering my 5100's tomorrow and should be getting Eibachs and maybe Dakars in the next few weeks.

Just got my gauge in last night and thinking about installing the same way. how'd you install it?

 

I just bought a 1" corner brace from home depot and used industrial Velcro to hold it in place. Any "L" shaped piece of metal will work. I have also seen guys use a small block of wood with Velcro. I can put up a picture tonight when I get home if it would help.

 

A picture would be great! I can't seem to find it now, but I saw somwhere on TW that a guy had used a bracket he found in his house to clip it under the black plastic trim by the gauges and attached the UG to that. Looked like it was almost the exact location as what you had done. I'll swing by home depot tonight too.

 

Here are a few pics of what I used. I think I might even add a small piece of Velcro to the front bottom of the gauge/steering column to make it even more sturdy. Hope this helps.

Picked up some VHT NiteShade and used it on my markers and tail lights. Pretty easy to use and came out pretty good.
