Where are you guys going to be camping at?

 

I'll probably try to get a spot at the main camp since they'll have the biggest safest spot for my kids to play.

 

Is that between poles 4 and 5 just like you had at the jamboree?

I'll be there by Friday morning. Gonna be my first time in Pismo too..actually first time driving on the beach/dunes. You can try to look for my truck.

I'll be rolling in the 4runner this year since the van needs a new fan clutch

 

If anyone needs a safety flag/whip or a UY orange safety flag for Surf n Turf, just let me know and I can bring it to SnT. Whip/flag $10 and UY flag $5 Let me know, as I don't plan on bringing them unless someone needs them. If your cb antenna is above 8' off the ground then you can just put an orange UY flag on it and you don't have to have the whole whip to go in the dunes.

 

Sweet good to know. Ill throw a flag on my Antenna in that case.

 

I'll be out there most of today and probably till 3-4pm tomorrow but I won't be staying overnight tonight since one of my kids are sick. So I'm just going to do two daytrips instead I'll still have the flags out there though, so if anyone ends up needing one. Text/call my cell 805-234-1381

 

Saw two decked out landcrusiers thurs morn heading north on da 101, and a group of three or four Fri morn going same direction. Jealous!

Here's one of the start of the Poker Run. This start was a bit mellow compared to other years. Normally it looks like some kind of land grab as people take off all at once. (I ended up sandblasting the lens on the gopro casing with all my under vehicle shots, so that's why it looks a little "soft" and not quite in focus )
