Does anyone know where/what/when/how to throw out an old water softener? I have the big fiberglass tank thing I need to turf.

I got fed up with calling places telling me to go other places so I tossed it in the dumpster. Hopefully we don't get any fines!!

I was kind of shocked a few weeks ago. I had an old dehumidifier (some wild inert gas in them....Used to be freon I think) and it sat in the garage for 6 months. Called the contractor that picks up our weekly garbage and they said "oh sure just put it out with your garbage".

So I'm a Marylander, and know nothing about Nova Scotia. I'm reading through this thread to try and familiarize with Tacoma World's point of view...

Getting married in march, and originally planned a honeymoon road trip to Key West, but with that Zika virus spreading around we've decided to trade toes in the sand for a fireplace and cabin in the woods. New honeymoon is road trip north, stay in Quebec city for a few nights, then looking to drive over to Nova Scotia and renting a cabin somewhere for a few days. If anyone sees a spruce mica DCLB with MD tags driving around up there, hello!

Also... Grindhouse - a Tarentino double feature. And yes, very F'ed up.

Congratulations on your marriage! I hope you enjoy Canada while you're here :D

I don't really know if this thread really reflects TW's point of view.. I think I've met 90% of people who regularly comment in here. We're normally shooting the shit where as a lot of other threads are shit shows I've noticed in recent times!

Thanks! Yea, I try to be a regular on the Maryland Tacoma's thread, and it's a lot of shooting of the shit there too.
