Ya the ball joints are shit too. You get free ones under warranty if you keep your receipt and proof of purchase for 2 years. I already did and when they go again Im putting stock ones back on

Really? Do you think your truck will line up well with the stock ones?

The worst part is, its actually deadly. Add Alberta 411, City of Calgary Traffic, and Alberta Highway Conditions to Twitter, and watch your feed fill up with cashes as soon as the white fluffy stuff even gets mentioned.

Then drive Highway 2 and get blown past by idiots in crew trucks doing 130km/h without any lights on. Or Mercedes SUV's with trophy wives on cellphones.

Pretty much! Or "I have four by four and all seasons!"

No. You have a mechanism to launch you deeper into the ditch and no-season tires.

I'll just take the top spacers off and run the 5100s and eibachs. Should be fine. Next tires I get I'll be swapping the 285s for 255s so it shouldnt rub

No doubt in my mind I can get going in snow with any tires on my truck, it's the stopping that's the scary part haha
Sounds like it'll work! I'm not a huge fan of the UCA's. But they're all I could afford haha

I got 255/85/16 Mud Terrains on TRD "beadlocks", the only real issue I had was the little splash flap at the front of the front wheel wells would catch and be pulled backwards when reversing. They're only held on by 2 small screws, just remove them. Mine do rub on the mud flaps, but it's very slight, it sounds worse then what it really is. I didn't notice a lot of change in my mileage either. I haven't towed anything on them.

I'm driving OT at work, Daddy needs a new Pelfreybilt bumper ;)

It's too bad we couldn't plan a NS/NB/PEI M&G for next year, NB must have some great trails? I'd travel for an awesome day in the woods!

I've been laying low to avoid all the layoffs in Calgary haha.

Although, first Christmas at home in two years thanks to the collapsing oil markets, so I've got that going for me!
