the previous driver didn't have n e thing special added for tires just regular truck tires
so ill probably go to okay tire or crappy tire and grab 5 BFG KO2s for it

5 if the spare rim and spare tire spot will hold a ko2 in its spot

I don't think the v6 is gonna help much, if you are running stock wheels. I always stop at Sackville or Salisbury for coffee and the can when I am headed to Gagetown, and generally get gas while I'm at it. I can't remember for sure if I ever ran the whole way from Cole Harbour without buying gas, but I think it might be just possible. I am running 265/70R17 Toyo CTs, they are a size up from stock and pretty heavy. Not sure if the size makes much difference but I am sure the weight does. You will have no problem carrying a full size spare. If it's tight, just tap the guides with a hammer to open them a hair.

On another note if you can find one of these its recommended I bought this so I can plan a trip to go around New Brunswick just using off road trails they sell Nova Scotia ones in gas stations there
Plus they had a app for smart phones BRMP app you have to pay 9.99 a year to use it , it's a off road gps as well I haven't used the app yet so not sure how it works gonna be using the book and app this summer to go water falling gonna visit 7 or 8 waterfalls in a day maybe camp

    I haven't seen those...

I've seen the Nova Scotia back road maps.

I really like to explore with 2 or 3 trucks vs going on giant club runs like before.

I've gone through too many wheel bearings.

Looking at the app on the Google play store,

100 people have downloaded it and it has 2.5 stars. It's iffy but I may give it a try

No, I learned my lesson a few years ago. I avoid wheeling alone if I can, and if I'm out looking for a good hunting/camp spot I won't do it unless I can do it in 2wd.

I've been stuck in snow banks on my way out of the range all by myself needing to poop! That was a good day.

    Yes, that's my home unit.

Perhaps a more helpful answer to the fuel consumption question, according to Scanguage I get about 16 of 17 litres per hundred km in the city, about 14 litres per on the highway. You might get better with the auto.
