I am finding that scanguage is not as accurate as I expected. My calculated fuel consumption very often differs from scanguage and from the dash display. Often, all three are different, and not in a consistent pattern either.

The biggest difference was 0.7 L/100km, scanguage underestimated as compared to the calculated.

Yes, I know him. We miss him, hope he's doing well.

I got it off Amazon. I don't know of any place to get one locally.

Paid off the Mini in 6 months and I went to look at this truck to replace the FJ. Seemed a decent deal but they want to molest my posterior on my FJ. I had to laugh when the sales guy looked at my truck telling me it was almost 10 yrs old and in excellent shape he would not be able to offer me what it was worth. Then he asks how many clicks.....I answer 300K...... You could see his eyes light up thinking I was going to give it away. Fun stuff. Then I started thinking by the time I lifted the Taco....bought a cap and tires I would be back into a car payment again. bleck.

You are a wise man. People always think they can show a young man a truck and he'll do anything for it. There is nothing worse to invest money in than interest!

i know but i would use that in to fight with the stealership

i don't have major complaints with Saint john toyota i believe it was the best he could do for a 2016 i went in to look at the 2.7 SR5 and all they where all sold out at that lot he did tell me if you really want one in colour and trim he could get me one so i was like yes i would wait for the test ride he got me into a sport or limited i cant really remember witch one being thats the only trucks they had on the lot for DCLB trucks i know it was a tactic to sell a bigger price and it worked i loved the truck just not the moon roof and blind side assist

but after being at fredericton toyota and the moncton Acadia toyota i was not happy with theres sales men and went to saint john toyota i feel jordan did the best he could he didn't seem sketchy or sneaky or like he was trying to rip me off even tho thats there job

Anyone interested in a day-time coffee in the Halifax area by any chance? I don't go back to work until Monday, and my family has left me to my own devices (and the Honey do list) until Saturday.

Wow 29% is harsh. I have to ask how old are you that they would not let you test drive the truck? I mean the salesman even came with us when we drove a Mini....Even that sorta surprised me but I have found that is now part of the deal. It's not like you are taking out Vette or something.

I am getting to that age when a guy says "Man I wish I still had my old......." For me it's a 98 Taco with a 2.7. That was an awesome little truck.
