    New to this forum. Is there any place local N.S. or N.B. to buy aftermarket parts. Would rather spend my money local.

    There's 4 wheel parts in NB and you can probably order parts through CVO in burnside!

    Unfortunately most big ticket items you have to order online.

    They seem to have a lot of 16+ stuff, but other goodies too, I'm always on the search for CAD retailers!
    Welcome!

    Sweet,
    Sold my winter tires from the old car, and now looking for a beefy recovery point upgrade, once I have that I'll feel at least a "little" prepared for some trail runs, I'll join in for some Monday Fun :mudding:

    I always recommend tacomatown too. Bought my truck from them and have always been super happy with them. I still call them for questions over the dealerships here.

    I don't have any other recovery points in the front aside from what's there from the factory. I have a thing that takes a shackle for my receiver.

    The most important things you need (in my opinion!) for the weekend worrier, out for a couple hour adventure are;

    1. Recovery points, front and rear (Tacoma has front, and if you have a receiver that works as a rear!)

    2. Some sort of recovery rope such as a snatch strap, kinetic rope, etc (you want something with some stretch)

    3. Clothes and supplies for the day. If it's raining, wear rain gear. If it's sunny bring sunscreen. Water and snacks.

    4. First aid kit.

    Thanks, I want to buy some fn wheels. I just cant decide which offset . 0 or -25 . I want a little of the tire sticking out past the body. Does your beadlocks stick out past the body? I got bilsteins in the front to level her out. Now I want some rims.

    I have factory OR wheels (7.5 inch wide) with 5.5 inch back spacing and 1.25 inch wheel spacers. I run 285 75 16's and they sit dead even with my fender.

    My winters are on old Toyota truck rims (7.5 inch wide) and they have 4.5 BS with my 1.25 inch spacers, also with 285 75 16's and I have a slight amount of poke. Somewhere between 3/4 and an inch I'd say.

    I believe the TRD bead locks have 4.5 BS and they're 7.5 or 8 inches wide, I can't remember.

    If they're 8 inches wide you'd probably sit flush with 285's

    The TRD beadlocks are 7.5", however, with my 295/75s, they just barely stick out, more like the very edge of the sidewall, i likey
