    Sounds like Green Bay, you drive through Petite Riviere, turn down a road through a area full of beautiful old homes (many kept as summer homes), then eventually through a group of cottages, finally a beautiful little beach on Green Bay. There is a canteen/restaurant there, and a lot of the cottages are owned and rented by MacLeod Cottages, who also own the restaurant. Crescent Beach is in the same area, a little North up the bay. Rissers Beach is between them, it has a larger section for day use with lots of parking, boardwalk, interpretive center, and a canteen with shower and change room. The smaller beach section has a really nice Provincial campground. I really love this area, and try to camp there with the family every year.

    After talking to dad I'm thinking it may just be a blown turbo, which is far better. I have a rebuild kit and a spare turbo at home so it works out!

    As for plans, if it does end up being the HG I'll probably just slap a new one in and torque the head to the proper spec (from the factory they're underspec'd becuause of a change of design)

    Long term goals, after a house is bought and a garage is built;

    I know of a 7m with a blown HG that I could rebuild. Probably up the compression to 9:1 or so, maybe some forged rods, BC stage 2 or 3 cams (I know it wont have nice street maners with the stage 3 but that lope tho), springs and retainers. All that fancy stuff. A metal HG will go in, and probably adjustable cam gears.

    That's really what I want to do.. But that's probably 5k+ For roughly the same I could probably toss in a 1uz and make really cool V8 noises.

    Decisions decisions.

    I'll be there for 9 or as soon as I get the kids in bed. Think we'll see Andrew and possibly Ben.

    Funny thing is I have one of those big Patio heaters in there for storage, so if we take the Canoe out then we'll have more room, and possible heat lol! ( don't worry, its drafty enough the fumes won't get us :rofl:)

    I did a compression test on the Supra today, everything came back at a cool 155~160 psi (which is normal) except for cylinder 6. Came in at a strong 54 psi.

    The plug that came out of #6 was also horrendously gunky, and the inside of the cylinder looked wet and coated with poop.

    Not convinced its a HG just yet. Rings possibly... all shitty.

    Side note, does anyone know of a way to clean poop out of a cylinder without taking the head off? Asking for a friend.

    Also, all the beaches mention are nice, but I think you were probably thinking of Carters, which is definitely one of the nicer ones in NS. https://goo.gl/maps/DEdRCzPgTzo

    I think I'm just going to pull the motor and rebuild it. I called Nova today for machining and the prices weren't as bad as I expected.
