Your stock truck is already very capable, and I think this crowd is often oriented towards fishing trips and campfires or campouts with kids, so you will have no trouble finding the right kinds of dirt. There are more technical possibilities also, especially when you decide to lift ;)

Lately we have been meeting at the Tim's on Forest Hills Parkway near Cole Harbour Road, which works well for a couple of us who have to put our kids to bed before we can get out. If that is inconvenient we can be flexible.

Oh, cool. I am in Lawrencetown, so that's the closest Tim's :) I'll keep an eye on the thread.

They did! They ended up going another 60 feet. Waiting for more water test results before we firm up. Home inspection went well. Small stuff like loose electrical outlets, ones wired backwards. Small stuff that's easily taken care of.

Nice. Where is that? I really need to find a nice trail to go for a drive on.

Yeah these are just logging/fire road sorta things. They're not overly difficult, just slow going. A lot of it is bumpy as hell. To get to the cooler off shoots, things start to get narrow.

I got a few ...more then a few pin strips yesterday I followed a guy down a over grown atv trail that led no where ..it was suppose to lead to a lake but to big of a water and deep of a water crossing stop me from even attempting water would have reach my rockers had to turn around , my frick tho the bugs where horriable

Was quite impressed with the truck tho for having streetish tires I had to drive thru a mud pit I was up to just below the frame and the truck didn’t skip a beat

Was impressed but disappointed at the same time I didn’t get to use my winch yet

    That sure was fun,
Thanks @TacoMitch93 for the adventure. I had my first mud hole dip as well, mild by everyone else's standards i'm sure, but it already has me jonsing for some upgrades.
My Son loved it, loved the mud hole, loved going to the lakes and "fishing", not to mention the snakes we found, and throwing the rocks in the river....
he woke up this morning and asked if we were going fishing again.

thankfully the bugs were pretty much non existent for us, the high wind kept blowing them away.
