    just need two more things,
the "thing-a-ma-jingy" that holds the pipe to the end of the die, and the supporting peice that holds the pipe up.

Conditional offer accepted on a house. Up in Kingston NS, Ravenwood subdivision. Detached 20x24 garage that will fit the Tacoma and all my tools. Feels good.

1788 Cartier Ct is anyone want's to creep Viewpoint or Streetview. I didn't take any photos of the place, and the Tenants have stuff in the Garage so don't really want to take pictures inside.

Anyone know what it would cost for insulation (sprayfoam or regular) and to run 220v into the thing. It already has 110v 30amp into it.

Looks like a really nice spot! Huge back yard!

As for insulating, what is it? 2x4 construction?

I've got a contact for a guy that can do spray foam and he was cheaper than every other quote I got around the province... If you pay cash he won't even charge tax... I had him do my house and it really helped a lot!

Let me know if you want contact info.

Yes 2x4 construction. I'll definitely take his number down. There is a bunch of stuff we need to do right away, so garage insulation will be a later issue, but hopefully before the winter hits.
