Oh wow, how did I miss this photo!? Those look amazing! You have truck parts all through your house too! I was so happy to get a new tire rapid deflator/air pump this weekend, wheeling and not having to mooch a pump from someone makes life much easier

So basically Toyota just built a BMW E90 M3. Checks most of the boxes. I enjoy that there is no mention of AWD foolishness. Not a fan of the lack of a proper gearbox. But alas the way of the correct gearbox is long dead.

I would agree with that if I had enough cash to only drive it in the summer. 475 hrsprs, rwd in the snow and ice would not be comforting. If I had money for one year-round IS it would have to be a 350 awd.

I'm waiting on the LC 500 F Performance, now THAT is a car I would buy in a heartbeat if I had $150,000.00

The LFA would have been so cool if it came out in 2006 like they wanted

Was still cool. The Savagegeese video in the shop shows some awesome tech.

Oh, its incredible. Just priced so much higher than cars that perform similarly.

That said though, Toyota does that from time to time.. sets a pretty well unlimited budget and timeline to develop things, then you see that tech/development trickle down through the brand.

LFA has been my dream car for years but realistically I'll never be able to spend $500k USD on a car so I will dream with the LC 500 instead lol :)

Always good to have realistic-unrealistic dreams. Haha

I’m just happy Toyota are again making cars a little bit exciting. Toyota only made vehicles for family’s seeking reliability and Lexus only made vehicles for affluent senior citizens.

I have a dream garage for every category of lotto win :D

Nearly spit water on my keyboard

(Full disclosure - my dad is 66 and drives (among other things) a J80 Landcruiser, known here as the Lexus LX450) edit - I just worked out he bought that in 1996 when he was a year older than I am now so definitely NOT a senior citizen!

I've been Thinking about the Ironman RTT.

Do you like the covered Ladder? some reviewers commented that the covered ladder can make it "stuffy" in the summer, but lord knows they could have been people who live in Florida. I can't imagine it being any concern here in the Maritimes.

Good tires and a LSD (which this has standard) you would be fine. Traction control is so good these days that it doesn't really hinder anything other than fun. Not like every ecoboost truck on the road isn't in RWD most of the time in the snow anyways, and they are usually running a mud tire or AT tire with no weight on the rear end.

LFA is best super car in quite a while. Just too bad they wanted a halo car and not an NSX slayer that it could have been.

I used to have a 2004 Lexus ES330, best car I ever owned and it was one of the so called 'vehicles for affluent senior citizens' lol even had a tape player! My god that car drove so nice on the highway, it had the electronic adjustable shocks, you could go from spine crunching firm to super floaty boat with a quick flick on the dial. Used the money I got for it when I sold it as the down payment on the taco which I don't regret at all but man I need to own another Lexus in my lifetime. :)

Ive never heard of the stuffy issue before, i like the covered ladder anyways for having a dry area outside the tent. I went with mine since i got it on a wicked deal and it appears to be the exact same as a tepui rtt but a lot less money.

where did you buy it from? and how roomy is it inside? its considered a 2 person tent correct? I'm just trying to figure out what direction I need to go for when my boys get bigger.
