I haven't put in the order yet, but Head Strong has been great at answering questions. I will pull the trigger once I figure out how little lift I can get away with and still fit 32" tires. Hoping 883s will do it.

    Thanks for the recommendation!

You shouldn't need any lift for 32s, and I believe 883's are first gen!

There's definitely people running 883s on 2nd gens. It seems they give about 1.5".

I think the 883 is not common because most of us want more like 3".

Yay! Just got a reply from a guy who is running 883s and 32s. Says he had to remove the front mud flaps but other than that has no rubbing whatsoever. I think I am about ready.

A lot of guys run 267/75/16s (about 32") on stock suspension without any significant issues. With a lift you should be golden

I gotta check on the spring compressor at the Auto club that I never have time to go to. You need one too?

I have 265/70r17s on now, they are just a hair over 31.5". I think I get them to rub plastic a little when they are cut hard and flexed. I haven't pushed that at all yet though.

I will let you know if I can get to one through the Auto club. I might be in there for a bit this weekend too, if I can get ready to weld the canoe rack by then.
