Probably not. It was said earlier that upgraded hardware would be needed for those to work.

I've been meaning to call and ask about what they might be adding, apps or minor functionality improvements, but I mainly use BT and am waiting on the possible hacks / jailbreaks discussed earlier.

I am hoping they do a complete interface-lift on our Entune system. It seems so clunky compared to other stock audio systems. Do y'all think this is in the works? Is it even possible to do a major overhaul over the airways?

Speaking of the Entune system, mine is 'freezing-up' as I'm driving down the road and I have to reboot it. Anyone else have this issue and know of any updates?

mine used to do this all the time but since installing the latest update for it via USB and iOS getting updated, I've had the issue much less frequently. I still have PTSD every time I get a phone call though.

    Stock.
And it likely won't happen for a long time. The local broadcasting houses did everything they could to keep the coverage from happening because they don't like competition and felt it would hurt the "local" stations. Which is funny to me since the majority of them are syndicates of Clear Channel.

I'm hoping so but am not holding my breathe. There is ample room in the headunit for those two apps. I don't buy the argument that there is anything hardware related holding them back. If they don't push them out eventually, it's because they're not making it a priority. That's my personal opinion.

If they don't push out Android auto and/or carplay, it's about $$$.

Ford SYNC has the same radio OS and runs both Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Android Auto would/should not need additional hardware, and Ford solved the Carplay issue with an add-on USB hub. I choose to be optimistic, but hope that the guy in the other thread roots Entune first, lol.

The Euro has weakened, but still, that's crazy money with no real guarantee. Great work to the folks who engineered it, but not for me.

This Entune update was beyond disappointing.
