I’ve had this kit for long time now, not impressed with the product nor the sales team, started having issues about 20k miles or so. Get a fully upgraded leaf pack or stay stock.

What kind of issues were you having?

I've only had mine for nearly 1.5 years and 16k miles but outside of squeaking (which I think I have resolved) I've been very happy with mine. Having said that, I don't haul around a bunch of extra weight.

Well the leaf spring clip or bracket that holds the brake line got extremely loose sounds awful driving because it sounds like a spray paint can going down the road, I haul a trailer 8x5 ft. With a 48inch mower once every two weeks and combined weight of 1200 pounds it sags quite a bit. But to also mention when going through a sharp turns there is no sway in the rear which is nice but overall with my experience I went back to stock for temporary purposes.

Has anyone ran this on the TRD OEM lift kit instead of the spacer block? I ordered the Icon AAL a couple days ago then found this. Looks like a good alternative. Running a shell and a decked box in the bed. Maybe 300 lbs extra weight. Also ordered 3 degree shims. Are they used on this spring set?

I'm running this with 5100's and very happy with it but I didn't add any weight. See the link below if you care about preventing leaf pack squeak while your doing this:

I am picking up a set of these. In regards to the 1/2" spacer, i can simply cut my overload to the length of the perch and achieve the same thing? Seems like a waste to throw them away.

Yes, I've read of other guys that have done the same thing. It's like adding a 5/8" lift block.

If your bothered by squeaks then do your self a favor at add these liners between the AAL's. I went back and added them after the fact and GREATLY wished I would have added the liners it from the get-go.
