np motorsports - non responsive?

I submitted an order and paid for it on march 21. Still no shipping confirmation and no response from either of the emails when I asked for an update. I started a chat on the website this morning and there's been no response for the last two hours.

has anyone had a good experience with this vendor? Or did I get ripped of?

 

Have you tried texting the number on the top of their website? If that doesn't work, you could try calling and seeing what happens.

 

Any update on this? Also made the mistake of placing an order through them against my better judgement (I.e., impulse buy).

Placed the order over a week ago, multiple emails sent - radio silence.

 

It took a long while, but it eventually all arrived. i think this merchant just orders their stuff from other suppliers and resells it, based on the packaging.

 

Opening up this old thread just in the hopes other people dont get ripped off by NP Motorsports.
I recently purchased a raptor style grill for my F150, use to have a Taco sense the amount, and the LED lights in the new grill have failed in 4 months. Not a huge deal, I'll buy more and try to seal them better as there is water intrusion into each of them. Contacted via the online form, then via email, called 3 times and left a message and texted and zero response over the course of 2 weeks. The ports where the lights go are very specific in size, so it's not as easy as just buying some other brand and would like to purchase replacement if NP does not warranty them.
if you Google the phone number, it's associated with multiple other businesses.

when i eventually did get my order it still had shipping labels for whoever is running NP motorsports. i don't think this guy is a scam... just very unresponsive and avoids accountability. it must be a side gig for him.

maybe ask the 3d printing crowd for some help fitting a similar replacement?

 

So it gets even better.

After multiple attempts to contact with all my lights no longer working via his company online form, email address and voice mail...i never got a response. Is I sent a text stating "I have a questions about some lights I'd like to purchase"......in 30 minutes I got a text message back asking me what lights I wanted to purchase.

I wrote him that after a dozen attempts to find a solution to the faulty product he sold me, I figured Id pull a fast one and act like a new customer interested in purchasing wondering id Id then get a response and sure enough, he he is.

What a POS, he'll take your money and then when there's an issue, you're out your cash. So pushing him and asking him is his company was a scam, he said he's "done over 33,000 sales" he'd get them warranted.
That was weeks ago and after repeated attempts, still no response.

I'd stay far and away from NP Motorsports
