Depends on how much the "premium tire installation package and one year precision vehicle alignment program" costs. I'm guess that covers their loss from giving away two tires. I've heard some bad things about NTB but I've never gone there myself.

Same here. That's why I was asking - to see if anyone had a good experience.

I've had good and bad experiences with NTB. Really depends on the store. The one closest to me I'm never going back to because the service was bad took longer than it should have to do the service and the tech that worked on it left a big black hand print on my passenger door arm rest. Now there's one about 20 minutes away from me and I liked the service there. Did the job in a timely fashion, people were friendly and did not mess anything up. FYI only reason I go is b/c I bought a 3yr alignment package for the price of a 1yr package.

I may go check it out and get a quote. I need to get my alignment checked out anyway.
