Need to update this thread big time. Been updating the 1st post on mods and photos but will grab some more to add to the "build" thread. Some things that have been added: Bypass setup up front, rear shock relocate, bed platform, winch, solar, new rear bumper, ran power to the bed, new SCS wheels, 315's, etc and more lights oh and won a fucking SC if that did not catch on from the past couple posts. Wish list has changed.

Getting some updates onto the thread. Have not add much here. Final result of trimmed fenders with new wheels and 315's

Needed to go back and trim the cab mount again and ended up just relocating it. Figure one less thing if I go bigger than 35's. Tim over at Heavy Metal Offroad and Alpine relocates.

Added some sensors covers from SDHQ. One less thing to worry about.

Switched gears on my solar setup and went with a Renogy panel instead of the flexible panels I previously picked up. With the rack on the back the panels would be covered most of the time. Added mount to angle either side depending on the sun if needed.

Mounted compressor and 5lb tank setup with bumper mounted hookups. Able to access front or rear. Ran manifold additional options. Was going to go with a home build wifey setup but changed it up.

Scored a deal on some New Focal Front/Rear Door speakers and Dynomat. Dynomat came second as the new speaker were not picking up much mid/low. Dynomat improved it dramatically. Still needs more power.

Swapped out standard rear Pelfreybilt bumper for updated Bruteforce Dual Swingout w/ Table, Dual Jerry Can mount, Bruteforce propane mount (pretty rad mount) and secondary hitch for bike racks etc. Billy got it done just in time for trip out to CO for FJSummit.

Truck was back at Milo's for custom shock relocate paired with 12" 2.5 Tripple bypass shocks with 2 x 2" Hydro bumps. Had the bypasses on a custom layout for clearance reasons. Most people go 3 forward but going 2 forward and 1 back gave it a more flat layout. Came down to the wire but got it wrapped up the day before heading out to CO. Need to get it back for bracing and limits straps but she is ready to roll.

Finally got enough together to get the winch installed. Scored a sweet deal on the Platinum so went big on the winch. Had to hack off part of the bracing to fit it without relocating anything. Brace was mostly for the stock bumper and grill so easy fix. Warn 12-SP savage winch. Really digging the remote it comes with.

    Makes sense

A little ways away from me but beautiful country none the less.

We live in New Castle so you were pretty south of us :p

Always curious to see where people visit when they come to CO

Last trip I built out a sleeping platform to give it go. When your on the go on the trail setting up camp needs to be quick and fast. Time to Beer just got much faster. Performed well on the trip but need to figure out more ventilation for it. Also added some power and switches (not pictured). First picture was 20 minute before we headed out. Crunch time to the max.

    20190712_150848282_iOS.jpg 20190630_174426498_iOS.jpg

Also finally got around to installing the molle panel installed behind the rear seats. I have had this sitting in the garage for almost 2 years. Craigslist score. New never used. Took a bit of hacking to install as the holes did not line up perfectly. Added some additional Noico sound deadening (should have got black but did not realize they had it in black). Chose Noico from reviews and cheaper price point than the Dynomat used for the speakers.

A few quick shots from our trip out to Ouray. too many to post so they will trickle in. Most trails were closed or just opening in Ouray so we hit up what we could. Some damn gorgeous views in CO. Can't wait to go back.

Got the Wilwood Calipers installed from RR Racing. These use OEM sized T4R rotors which I was already running. Swapped out the 5th gen T4R calipers for Aero6-DS calipers (adds an external dust shield for better dirt protection). 338mm vs 340mm in the standard BBK kit. Any issues will be easy to swap the rotors out. Still needs a good bedding of the pads but a noticeable difference. Nothing crazy but truck feels like it can stop again with massive tires and tons of armor. Was hoping to have them installed prior to the trip but did not arrive in time.

Ended up having the truck on jack stands for 3 weeks due to the adapters being off. the non DS calipers and DS calipers are the same on paper but are incorrect so the adapters needed to be adjusted. RR Racing was solid and got it updated and shipped out.

Still have some new DBA 4000 T3 rotors on order but they are sold out and on back order. Should have them in a couple months. The Stoptechs are still in great shape.

yah def epic up there. First time in that area. Breckenridge, Denver are where I end up most of the time. Aspen, Vail for some snow fun have been other destinations but really want to explore more of the state.

Wife's Birthday Started out great. Ha Sold the old Pelfrey Bumper, Had Breakfast with the family then damn bypass tube adjuster popped off. Tire was rubbing it slightly and damn thing twisted off. Shit comes in threes.

@YanE30M3 picking up a vintage Pelfrey Standard Year!

Came back to the truck after a quick park session with my Son. First thougth was I had not tightened the bleed nipple enough on the Wilwoods. I guess the silver lining is I was able to drive home but damn. Parts are on order and bypasses are off the truck for now. No big trips planned so the re-valving o the front coilovers is ok for now.
