    Now today one of the 2 keys that got programmed worked until this morning now one works and one don’t. Any ideas as to why one would not show as registered and not start the vehicle

    Go in the Immobilizer data stream and get screenshots of the data for each key and post them here, maybe we can see what's going on.

    Are these OEM or aftermarket keys?
