    It was an 02 Double cab TRD with 101k miles for the price of 16500.

    Too expensive IMO. I bought my 04 4x4 v6 TRD for just under $20k with 25k miles on it...101k miles he should be asking closer to 13k maybe 14k in my opinion. Although the double cabs do seem to fetch more. Also depends on how clean it is, well maintained, etc.

    At the end of the day it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it though and 1st gens do command some crazy prices sometimes

    Thats a pretty good deal you got.All the the double cabs ive seen are in the 16-20 thousand. Why cant I find a decent truck for the right price. Guess ill just have to keep looking

    1st gen double cabs do usually go for a lot more than the xtra cabs, primarily because the 1st gen xtra cabs don't really seat more than one other passenger comfortably. So clean 4x4 double cabs with low mileage are the hot ticket item.

    If mine were a double cab it probably would have been listed for ~$5k more I imagine
