    Yeah, we where worried at first about how tight the trail entrances where, but after talking to another guy there he said they're supposed to be that way to keep the guys on tons, and 40s from tearing it up. This pic is the same area your group photo was shot, Mt. Rainier is back in the clouds somewhere.

    Always loved Evans Creek, especially 311. Haven't been up there in years though, and last time was with my old Jeep. Would love to take the truck up, but definitely remember some tight spots. Looks like a great time!

    Not sure I'll be able to help you at all. If you're looking for trails, Ben from Idaho @m3bassman will be a better source. If you want to sight in the 308, maybe we can sight both yours and mine in, except I won't be around much longer.

    I'll be busy in Black Diamond participating in tough mudder that day

    I wouldn't recommend taking a 2nd gen Tacoma through Evans unless you have sas/heavy heavy armor all the way around. Every time my jeep buddy goes, he has some sort of new damage somewhere on his jeep. And he has a full cage.

    You might be fine on it, since the first gens, even with lift, are shorter than his xj with full exo. But, it gets pretty rough sometimes, especially when wet. He typically uses his lockers every time he goes. If you go, I would recommend getting a nice trip with the Toyota buggy guys first to see the layout.

    After yesterday's fun, back at it replacing my lower control arms. I'll go ahead and jinx myself... Everything is going really well today!

    Fuck you, Whiteline Bushings. Hours and hours and hours of labor to get less than 6 months out of them. Should have just bought new factory LCAs to begin with. Lesson learned.

    Alrighty, I'll post it up for this Saturday, August 27th, 2nd amendment celebration and exploration at stampede pass. Nothing technical, just a cruise n shoot bs day.

    Going:
    @bobsuruncle
    @Nimitz

    Possibly going:
    @AWilson013

    Meet at North bend Safeway, say 10:00 am? Sooner or later isn't a problem. Maybe make a round trip, head in from I90 and exit via green water? Just a thought.

    Your truck you'd have no problems there. I went with my 80 series Landcruiser fully armored and open front/back lifted on 35s during winter and did well. It would of make life easier if I was locked front/back, but what is the fun in that. My truck had so much flex, I literally had all tires on the ground 80% of the time

    1st gen only because of the narrow entrance and some narrow/tight turns. I also wouldn't do it with a DBLCB, too long!
