    I've been told napa's cv's are reman. The shafts where identical on the ones I got from Napa to the OEM ones I replaced. Haven't had any issues yet.

    I had to LOL at it as there was absolutely ZERO room under the hood for anything else; and it was the centerpiece for an Overland shop; Not one piece of overlanding equipment on it = what's the point again?

    You sound like your in panic mode -> Don't sell any of it. Once the other kid is established, the pocketbook evaporates into diapers and formula...

    Its mainly being proud of what they built, took them 4-5 months to build it with another month or 2 of fine tuning. Still not done. Also they aren't so much focusing in overlanding as much now but opening up their market to everything off road, from overlanding to crawling.

    They had a few on the shelf so they let me pick. I compared the new ones to my old ones and they had a couple that the shafts looked to be a smaller diameter than OEM and a few different markings. One of the ones I picked had the green tag/marking on the shaft like the OEMs. Otherwise everything looked the same.

    They use chinese parts in the joints that break, typically never the shaft that breaks.

    Went up Beckler road today with my boys. I thought I'd flex a little. I figured out I need to shim my new bumpstops. They compress under partial flex. Looks like I'll need a about a half inch spacer under the wheelers bumps.

    Square washers, as used with unistrut would be your friend. They run 1/4" thick, commonly with 1/2" hole, and about 1-5/8" square. 2 of those and you're set. I probably have 4 of them in my garage, but you should also be able to find them at hardware stores, from electricians, electrical supply houses, and probably pipe fitters too.
