I don't know I wasn't paying that much attention.

 

I am thinking let's go over Manashtash Ridge from Cle Elum to Snoqualmie - off pavement only. There's a few write-ups and I want to take the run with my GPS before we go on the trip so we know exactly how to get across. There supposedly a ton of places to explore but only a couple of ways across the ridge. I'll start doing the research in the next day or two as soon as I finish cleaning up from Saturday's Tahuya trip.

Spent a few hours detailing the engine bay yesterday and pressure washing. That was a bitch. I can't imagine how long Alan's took to clean - even his battery was completely covered in mud. There is a nice covering of Tahuya dirt on my driveway now and I haven't even started actually washing with soap and waxing. The Taco was on 3 wheels quite a bit at Tahuya.

After I took off the initial layer of dirt I was able to assess any trail scars. Pics later but the sliders were put to use and I even had to chisel wood that was practically imbedded into the slider powder coat. Front ATO skid took a nice root scrape that rattled my teeth but held up like a champ. Right rear door took a very minor kiss to the side of a tree. Great times! Next investment will be an air compressor and exhaust reroute so I can install the rest of my ATO skids.

 

Did you end up going on Sunday?

 

No we went to Evans creek on Sunday instead. Its a little closer and had some pretty good trails. Tight ones tho. Not to sure on taking the taco tho.

 

Nice! The worst part about trail scars is that the trucks brand new

OBA will be nice. Idk where you plan on mounting it but I have seen guys run air to the back bed pockets and mounting and female connection there, so you can just plug an air hose in for whatever you need. Thats one thing I would do for sure if I ever get OBA.

 

this is quite possibly the best paint job any toyota truck could ever have.

Its located off highway 410 about 25 miles east of Chinook Pass

 

Great meeting you Alex. That was one of the gnarliest, most rewarding trails I've been on. sorry about your step - but at least it came with a great story and great pics so you can say, "yeah, they couldn't handle the level of badass I was slingin' "
