What UCA's do you have? I wouldn't take the bumper/winch off.. If you go get an alignment and depending on your UCA's ask for 3 degrees of caster and that'll help a lot. If you didn't before

I have icon tubular and I believe I'm maxed out on caster.

    Vibration in 2wd as well?

If it is, you cranked it up farther than it was before. Only rotating parts that increased their angles can make a vibration appear like that.

Did you ask for that last time? If not I highly doubt a shop would do that without special request.. usually they just set it as close to 0/0/2.5 caster

I'm 3.7 on the left and 3.8 caster on the right.

Can you see where you are rubbing? How did you get that much caster? I was told I could only get 2.3.

Next to the cab mount I think. I have it chopped back pretty far.

Yeah I'd bring it down half way (from what you raised it up) and see if you still get the vibration. Then keep cutting back.

Alright I'll give that a shot tomorrow. I just mounted the winch still have wiring to do so if it doesn't go down I may just pull it for the time being.

Yeah, the vibration tells me you brought it up farther than original. Dial it back till that goes away, then rub a bunch of chalk on everything you think might be rubbing. Find the problem spot, and give it attention.

    Are floor mats a mod?
Easier- get baby powder and hit the bottom of the bottle so it powders the whole area then drive . Washes off easy, and hits everything so you don't have to guess where to chalk. ( old Navy trick for finding leaks. They leave a trail thru the powder)

I'm sitting here doing the math... When I do my monster 10" DB I'm gonna have to gear 5.38s. @bobsuruncle saw the math earlier. If I go the 11" and rub a little I'll get 41s and have to go 5.71 gears.
