Have a question for everyone. Has anyone ever called Mule, been told they would call you back and actually gotten a call back within a timely fashion? Just curious

If Mule has told you they'd call you back, have they ever actually called you back within an understandable amount of time?

I had a question about a CBI bumper I never heard back on. Ended up contacting CBI directly and got a response in hours.

I don't think I have ever had a question that needed a call back from Mule. Usually I am just calling at 9am on Monday morning wondering why the door is locked, and then reading the business hours on the door.

Typically after that I re-route to the Sunset Ale House for some man-mosas

    Shit on a black truck.
Well here is my non-important 2 cents on switching from Icon to Kings. (Only road driven FYI)

I switched from an Icon Stage 5 2.5 Extended travel with RR's and an AAL to King 2.5 Extended travel with RR's and adjusters, TC UCA's, and the same AAL in the rear.

I first switched out the rear shocks and drove for a week and it made a noticeable difference in ride. Took the edge off the bumps and especially noticeable when hitting multiple bumps, potholes, and craters in the road.

Next I switched out the front CO's, UCA's, and drove for a week. It made no real noticeable difference in ride. Still felt like a 650# coil. I will note the difference in quality of King's brackets compared to Icons. The sway bar relocation brackets and the resi mount is all one piece and a pretty beefy piece of metal. The Icons were thinners and when hitting some pretty rough spots on the road they would clatter against the frame which is fixable but I didn't like. I also had my Icons preloaded to 1-5/8" on the driver side and 1" on the passenger side to sit level compared to the kings I have 1/2" preload on the drivers side and no preload on the passenger side and am sitting 1/2" higher in the front than I am in the rear.

    Bitches:
-Im not a big fan of the blue on the Kings and thought of going with the anodized black for $300 but the coil would still be blue and thats dumb.
-Removing the shock to adjust was a pain in the ass because I overshot the preload but you really shouldnt be adjusting that much anyways.

I wouldn't say that one ride is better than the other its really just preference. If you have ever rode in a nice sports car or I had a friend that had some suped up street racing VW GLI and he replaced the motor mounts or body mounts or something with porcelain spacers or disks to eliminate body roll while accelerating which gave it kind of a rigid connected to the ground feeling and that is not what I prefer. Kings by no means are plush but if your preference in ride includes the word plush or like a cadillac than you will be closer to the King side. Either way a 650# spring rides like a 650# spring.

Side note: DSM gave me a wrench and a lot of sticker so that has to count for something.

So what if you're not a fan of a reverse rake..? How can you lower the front? To me, being unable to lower the front is an issue. I cheated on my 4Runner and threw in a .5" body lift, and took about that much preload off of my front coilovers to gain more down travel (and it made a big difference).

Glad you're not upset with your purchase! And I also like your quote, "a 650# spring rides like a 650# spring." Dead on. Progressive, digressive, or linear. Requiring 650# of pressure to compress a spring is requiring 650# of pressure to compress a spring.

    Let me get a sticker.

650 spring might ride like a 650 spring, but valving makes a huge and noticeable difference.

Both mine and @northwesttaco both have LT with 700lb springs, but our valving is completely different. When you hit his brakes or gas, the nose rises/lowers, this does not happen on my truck.
