I guess it depends on what you mean by "make the Cooper's." By name, certainly not. But by ownership, financing, engineering, material...

I guess I consider Lexus' to be Toyota's, too.

Happy Friday! You all healed up from the 4Runner wreck?

Uh, yeah, it's Friday. What do you expect, some song and dance?

Glad you're doing alright. Definitely a bummer on the 4R, but trucks are a whole lot easier to replace than people.

Ok for a feeler, I'm looking for a clean/stockish, average mileage for it's respective year(12-15k annual),2010+ dcsb with supercharger. Supercharger not a deal breaker. If anyone happens to come across one in their travels, I'd appreciate a heads up. On that note, my truck is feeler for sale.... As is..... Unfortunately a new purchase hinges on my truck selling. :crapstorm:

Lol you know the seller too. Dan N, used to work at Idens, I think, so the thing is very, very well taken care of.

I was surprised to see those tires too.

Taking a break from replacing CV and bearings. Everything came out of the right side easily. Bearing went in easily with a new seal. Pulled the seal from the diff and noted the original seal was pretty tight. Took some effort to get it out. Got a replacement seal from the dealership but it didn't take as much effort to get it in and it is willing to go in further than the original seal without much effort so having some doubts. I have both the left and right side diff seals from the dealership so I know I'm using the correct part. It also visually looks exactly like the seal I removed.

Regardless, I installed the seal and it looks exactly like before. Now I'm having a bitch of a time trying to get the new CV to go into the diff. Lined the C clip with open part on bottom, yada yada. Sure seemed easier to install the last time I did this! Taking a beer break to clear my mind

I'm glad I'm not the only one that did that today. I mean I'm glad I didn't have to spend 2 hours digging my self out.
