A restored 85 4x4 xcab 22re. Stole this pic from IG. 84k on the frame, 50k on a motor swap from a Toyota motorhome.

Asking price was almost $11k private party. Not sure on the final details.

I had an '87 xtra cab just like that rig, same color and everything, that I sold back in 1998. It was fucking awesome.

Anyone doing any camping or exploring for Labor Day?
I'll be alone for the 3 day weekend. Last year I did the Olympics and it was a blast. Where else should I head for the 3-day? Maybe the East side of the mountains? Somewhere in Canada?(Only been to vancouver)

I'm also down to join a group if anyone is planning something.

 

I suggest go somewhere where there is no/less smoke

 

Go explore around Entiat. Sugarloaf as a fire lookout. Lots of places to go around there.

 

I may do the east side. Not sure exactly what is to see out there, but I'd like to see it. I plan on being on the move. Lots of driving and different camping spots 3 nights.

Is there any way of setting up camp around Columbia Gorge? I'd like to see that, and I'd also like to see Ranier Park.

May drive from Everett to Rainier Park, and sleep around the Gorge somewhere hopefully that night. Then get up and head towards Wenatchee. Recommendations on what to stop and see on the East side? Not wheeling or hiking, just tourists attractions..

If you are wanting to camp by the Gorge, this spot is open and free. It can get a little crazy if there is a concert going on or if there is a big group of rock climbers (there are some rocks right at this spot that people climb the front of or you can actually walk around the back and just walk up to the top for a good view). It's worth a shot to check it out anyway.
